Mr. Trice has practiced in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, estate administration and mergers and acquisitions since 1987. He has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions ranging in value from under $5 million to over $90 million.  The transactions he has closed have involved businesses in many different industries, including medical practices, convenience stores, manufacturing and internet services.  He has assisted clients with both large and small estates with estate planning, business planning and estate administration for over 20 years.

 

Professional Activities & Affiliations

A frequent speaker at continuing education programs for University of North Carolina at Wilmington tax institute, National Business Institute and charitable organizations  He is a member of the New Hanover County and North Carolina Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Community Activities and Affiliations

Mr. Trice serves on the Board of Directors of the JoAnn Carter Harrelson Center, Inc. and is a past president.  He serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Wilmington.
