Stefan Maletic

Stefan Maletic joined the firm’s Real Estate & Development practice group in May 2024. He primarily focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters including the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of commercial properties. Stefan’s work frequently involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other transactional documents. He has experience advising developers, nonprofits, municipalities, and lenders as well as searching and certifying title on commercial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Stefan gained experience in the practice areas of affordable housing, community development, and commercial real estate.
Mr. Maletic graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University in 2016 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2021. At Carolina, he was an articles editor on the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology.
