Margaux Richardson is a Wilmington native. Ms. Richardson joined the firm’s Corporate and Estate Planning team at the firm in October of 2023. Her practice areas include estate and trust planning and administration and corporate law.
Ms. Richardson graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She then worked as a legal assistant with the New Hanover County District Attorney’s office before attending law school at Campbell University School of Law. Ms. Richardson graduated cum laude from Campbell where she served as the Manager of the Campbell Law Innocence Project for two years. While in law school, she also completed internships with our firm and with the District Attorney’s Office in New Hanover and Pender Counties.
