Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC is pleased to announce that Scott M. Holmes was recently elected to the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association for a three year term.  Scott is already serving on the Ethics Committee of the Council. The Real Property Section Council addresses issues relating to the Real Property Section of the State Bar, which currently has over two thousand members.  The work of the Council includes coordinating on legislative agendas for issues relating to real estate, and preparing real estate forms that are used by North Carolina practitioners.
