Mark A. Allebach, formerly a Member of Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC, recently left the firm to accept the position of Chief Counsel, Nuclear Fuel Cycle with GE Hitachi.  Andy McVey, Managing Member of the firm, stated “While we will miss Mark’s contributions to the firm, and will also miss him on a personal level, we certainly wish him well in his new position and hope to continue to see him both personally and professionally.  To have a Member of the firm offered a Chief Counsel position with such a prestigious company is a reminder that while we are a small firm in comparison to some, our attorneys are highly regarded in the business community.”
