Frances Y. Trask has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions and manages the firm’s title department. Her knowledge of the history of real property ownership in Southeastern North Carolina gives her great insight in searching and reviewing titles. Ms. Trask has significant experience in handling commercial transactions both for buyers and sellers, including reviewing loan documents and preparing related documents. Much of her practice has been involved in development work, including acquisition of properties for residential and commercial developments and communities. Her experience also includes managing residential property transactions for buyers, including financing matters and preparation of contracts and other related documentation.
Ms. Trask has also taught science in the New Hanover County School System, Zoology at UNCW, Business Law at Cape Fear Community College, and Real Estate Law and a Broker’s course for Real Estate Agents.
