Caleb M. Rash is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate & Development practice group. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial real property, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, construction, and development. His practice also covers land use/zoning, condemnation, foreclosures, loan workouts, homeowners associations, and CAMA compliance and permitting. Mr. Rash is active in the community and serves as Chairman of the New Hanover County Board of Adjustment. He studied history at Wake Forest University and received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
