Stefan Maletic

Stefan Maletic primarily focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters including the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of commercial properties. Mr. Maletic’s work frequently involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other transactional documents. He also has experience advising developers, nonprofits, municipalities, and lenders as well as searching and certifying title on commercial properties.

Mr. Maletic joined the firm’s Real Estate & Development practice group in May 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in the practice areas of affordable housing, community development, and commercial real estate.
