Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Caleb Rash has been appointed Chair of the New Hanover County Board of Adjustment.

Caleb is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group, where he advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters in the Wilmington area and throughout North Carolina.

The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body responsible for hearing appeals of zoning decisions, considering requests for variances, and interpreting zoning ordinance provisions — making this role a natural extension of Caleb’s real estate practice and his commitment to the local community.
